A.D.O.P.T.S.?
From lorikeets to elephants, all the animals at the Louisville Zoo need
to eat. Like other growing families, as our collection expands, so
does our food bill. The Louisville Zoo spends over $400,000
annually to feed our ever expanding collection.
You can help cover the
cost of feeding your favorite animal by participating in our A.D.O.P.T.S.
program. Simply choose your animal from any at the Louisville Zoo,
download and send us the completed form with your payment. We'll
take care of the rest. All funds received through the A.D.O.P.T.S.
program go directly toward feeding the animals here at the Zoo.
Whether it's a birthday,
anniversary, holiday or "just because you're special", animal adoptions
are the perfect gift for that hard-to-buy-for-person. With
adoptions starting as low as $35, there's sure to be a level to fit your
budget.
