Winter Adventure Ticket
Prices starting November 3 through mid-March (General Admission and 4-D Theater)
Available at Admission Window Only.
The 4-D Theater will be operating on a winter show schedule. The train, tram and carousel will be closed for the season November 3 through mid-March.
Bring a canned food item for Dare to Care Food Bank and receive $5 off regular adult or child general admission (starting November 1) or Winter Adventure Ticket. Offer valid through Feb. 28, 2014.
Groups (15 or more)

Your best year-round value is a Zoo Membership (season pass) starting at $69 for Individual, $89 for Individual Plus, $99 for Family and $125 for Family Plus.
Consider the NEW Safari Gold Membership - everyone covered on the card receives a bracelet each visit valid for unlimited use of the 4-D Theater, Zoo Train, carousel and ZooTram shuttle.
Note: Winter schedule - train, carousel and tram are closed for the winter season (November 3 through mid-March) and 4-D Theater is on a winter show schedule.

There is a $5 per vehicle fee for visitors parking in the Zoo lot. The fee is assessed at the ticket windows. Tip: Purchase admission tickets online and add a pre-paid parking ticket for maximum convenience.
Members: If you are planning to purchase a guest ticket for someone who is NOT covered on your membership card, you may want to ride together so your guest can take advantage of your parking benefit. If the guest drives separately, they will be assessed a parking fee at the admission windows with the ticket purchase. See our Frequently Asked Questions for more details.
The Louisville Zoo accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover at all Admission Windows, Gift Shops, Membership Office, rides and major attractions and in the African Outpost restaurant.
Make it easy to share the Zoo with your friends and family this season with a Louisville Zoo Gift Card. These handy gift cards can be used for admission, rides/attractions, gift shop purchases, meals at the African Outpost Restaurant or even memberships. They can be purchased at the Admission windows for any amount from $5 to $150.
Stroller and Wheelchair Rental

During winter season (November 3 through mid-March), please visit the Front Admission Windows for assistance.
*We have a limited number of wheelchairs available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
** Motorized wheelchairs can be reserved on an first-come, first-serve basis starting June 1, 2013 for $33. Credit card payment in full is required for reservation. Guest must leave photo I.D. when picking up motorized wheelchair at Train/Tram Station. 24-hour notice required for cancellation and full refund. To reserve, call 502-238-5314.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the Zoo. Designated outdoor smoking areas may be found at the South deck of the Islands Cafe, at the African Outpost back deck and behind the Papa John's Splash Park area. Look for Banner shown on right to identify these areas. We appreciate your cooperation.
See the receptionist in the Administrative Office or contact any Zoo staff member. Lost Child Bracelet: Pick up a Lost Child Bracelet that can be placed around a child's arm during their Zoo visit and includes a space for parents or guardians to write their name and cell phone number. If a child should become separated from his/her guardian, this will enable Zoo staff to quickly notify you to reunite you with your child quickly. Bracelets are free and can be picked up at any ticket window or ride location.
First Aid Office
Located on the front plaza on the right side of the Restroom Building. Or contact any Zoo staff member for assistance. If you have an emergency situation, please seek immediate assistance from a Zoo staff member. Do not call 9-1-1. Our staff are trained to quickly communicate exact location and entry to emergency personnel to expedite assistance.
Designed with families in mind, these special restrooms are located in Gorilla Forest, the Papa John's Splash Park and also in the main restroom building on the front plaza.
Nursing mothers can find privacy in the first aid office on the front plaza.
