FACILITY RENTALS

Enjoy a photo tour of the Louisville Zoo's hospitality areas available for rental to groups of 25 to 10,000 or more.  Additional information about each facility is also provided.

Oasis Festival Tent

One of the area’s largest open-air tents accommodates 500 seated guests and thousands for a private picnic.  Situated in a landscaped 4-acre meadow, the tent overlooks the lush scenery of the adjacent Waterfowl Lake.
 

Gheens Room in the Islands Pavilion

This elegant indoor space accommodates up to 150 guests, is located in the lush Islands Exhibit and features a private view of our tropical forest aviary. Perfect for an elegant banquet or day-long planning meeting.
 

The African Outpost

An elegant, themed facility, the African Outpost accommodates up to 200 guests and features lush landscaping, authentic African art, tiki torches on the wrap-around deck and a professional catering kitchen.
 

Hillside Gazebo

This open-air picnic facility provides a gorgeous view overlooking Waterfowl Lake and The Islands Exhibit.  Accommodating up to 200 guests, this facility is ideal for a secluded picnic in a relaxing natural setting.
 

Zoovision

ZooVision offers a private area in the heart of the Zoo perfect for workshops, seminars, training classes or special occasions for up to 50 guests.
