The Zoo kicked off Spring by throwing a one-of-a-kind
Party for the Planet! Activities throughout the
week included:
April 6-12th: Spring Kick-off
-
The Zoo Crew entertained the Plaza from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. for
playing tons of cool games and giving away great
prizesc!

Zoo Docents visited throughout the
week with fascinating biofacts and a few animals as well!
April 13th: Eco Exhibitor Day 10 a.m. – 2
p.m.

Station 2: Clean
air/Clean energy - Guests helped create wind power
to
use that energy to create light!
They were also able to check out a hybrid bus from TARC!

Station 3: Loving the
Land - Digging in and getting dirty was important as
guests were able to larn
about the importance of earthworms!

Station 4: Animal
Action - Zoo Docents were on hand with some of our
very own Zoo animals that guests could check out up
close! Click
