Youth Groups
Provide your youth group with the
opportunity to reconnect with the natural world – not the
virtual world. And have some memorable encounters with the
animal ambassadors at the Louisville Zoo, some of the most
amazing creatures on our planet. As your youth laugh and
share, discover and learn, they create lasting memories and
develop important new understandings of their
role in protecting and conserving our planet’s natural
resources.
Groups of 15 or more visiting at the same
time can take advantage of
special discounted general admission pricing. Tickets must be
purchased in advance, are valid for regular operating hours and can be ordered by calling (502) 238-5348
at least 72 hours in advance of your visit or by visiting the
Zoo's website. The Zoo is open year-round (closed
Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day).
For groups of 25 or more, we offer the
ZooVenture Picnic, a high value, all-inclusive picnic
package that combines Zoo admission and rides plus a delicious
catered meal. Let us help you
maximize fun for your guests and reduce the time you have to

Special Zoo Events:
This 14-day not-too-scary
family-oriented Halloween party is designed especially for
the younger set with storybook characters and fanciful
scenes all over the Zoo plus trick-or-treating for kids ages
11 and under. Online tickets, advance purchase tickets and
consignment tickets are available in September 2009.
